Abstract

In our laboratories we are conducting investigations of potential interactions between radiofrequency electromagnetic radiation (RFR) and chemicals that are toxic by different mechanisms to mammalian cells. The RFR is being tested at frequencies in the microwave range and at different power levels. We report here on the I) ability of simultaneous RFR exposures to alter the distribution of cells in first and second mitoses from that after treatment by adriamycin alone, and 2) on the ability of simultaneous RFR exposure to alter the extent of sister chromatid exchanges (SCEs) induced by adriamycin alone. This chemical was selected because of its reported mechanism of action and because it is of interest in the treatment of cancer. In our studies, Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells were exposed for 2 h simultaneously to adriamycin and pulsed RFR at a frequency of 2,450 MHz and a specific absorption rate of 33.8 W/Kg. The maximal temperature (in the tissue-culture medium) was 39.7 ± 0.2 °C. The experiments were controlled for chemical and RFR exposures, as well as for temperature. Verified statistically, the data indicate that the RFR did not affect changes in cell progression caused by adriamycin, and the RFR did not change the number of SCEs that were induced by the adriamycin, which adriamycin is known to affect cells by damaging their membranes and DNA.

Many European Nations are revising the EMF Limits by lowering it and the USA FCC and EPA are far behind the rest of European Bodies in this matter. This is also a concern for a correct decisions and policies by the US Govt, without affecting the US Economy.

I am facing a medical crisis, and my research shows Defective IBM T60/T61 can do this, and more so and one being prone to when one is under Body and Mind Stress, Working Long House on Laptop/Computer/Switches/Routers, and/or some spell of Diseases or Medical Issues, and badly needing Body and Mind Rest, but getting exposed to the bad dosage of EMF Radiation instead.

Part of your brain can get “fried and shrunk or excited more”, as in my case, and recorded in two MRIs, and also admitted by IBM Lenevo Site by IBM itself and some users, of the symptoms I had and have post effects, and the July 2008 and Jul 2009 MRI readings also confirming it.

This MRI reading was missed till Jan 30, 2009, and when I was getting organized with my medical records and wondering why my case has become so complex, I saw this finding. Then researching on Internet, the papers explained the symptoms I had have.

There are also reports that in Labs Pregnant Rats getting Cancer Cells from T61 (T60 is related to it). You can get blinding headaches and migraines, and some of you may hear popping sounds in your head (like a pea in a microwave bursting). You may hear Very High Pitch Buzzing Sound on one side of your ear, and in my case it was on the left side, which IBM has also reported. This is different from Tinnitus, those of you may have it before. You may also feel your Head Exploding, which I reported to my colleagues between March last 2 weeks and April 20, 2008, as we tried having a meeting in one Large Lab, with many Switching Equipments.

Then it is a well known fact, that the heat from laptops and its radiation, can raise the temperature of your Scrotum by 2 Degree Centigrade and reduce Sperm Count by many factors and make you an Impotent. Same thing is applicable to a woman’s ovaries and Baby’s development in the Womb.

IBM T60 had heating issues are well known and my last case was of laptop freezing when it heated up on the left back side. It was also burning my left knee, but that was a minor issue, considering all other issues I am facing.

You should also know Chinese Government ***recently*** reduced the EMF Radiation Levels Standards for Cell Phones, Laptops, and other Electronic Devices for some reasons. Some say this was a marketing market capturing ploy, but the lab results were from China too. So you may connect the dots, How old is this “”recent” I do not know and I merely read the reporting on a Laptop Review Posting for Thinkpad T61/T60.

So specially anyone in Cisco, (1) who has had the laptop history of T60/t61 crashes and repairs especially, and (2) having Blinding Headache and Migraines like me, specially just after working for a small short duration on the laptop, please get a new Laptop ASAP. Please be considerate to Cisco and Cisco IT, and make sure you are not creating a FALSE TRIGGER. Please qualify yourself by the above Two Conditions,

Not sure how Cisco or you would get the Laptop EMF Radiations verified, as I had suspected 2008 beginning the cause of my Symptoms, including Migraines, after narrowing down the problem to the Laptop being the source, and to do with something with Brain, and eliminating other sources. Then not to discount all the Networking gear en-masse, and some in development and repairs, without any proper shielding, may affect your health. I see in lab, sometimes machines lay bare open, and there are 1000s of them, and sometimes with patched cables, etc. So Employers doing monitoring this would also help you.

I had seen various doctors and optometrist, change glasses, changed lighting, body posture, taken breaks, done meditation, and then concluded, the lap top was the only source. When the case was opened in May 2008, I had mentioned this in the case and also mentioned to some managers over emails over months. Wanted Cisco IT and Compuserve to check the EMF Radiation Levels and they did not have any ability to do so.

May 05, 2008 Blood Work also confirms Health Complications. April 10, June 10/11 and Sep 28, 2008, are other three dates when I had a Heart Attack / Stroke-Ischemia /Heart Attack issues. Now-a-days my left side is “partially paralyzed and numb”, and both hands for 15 to 30 seconds also get paralyzed and frozen. Then when I have Heart Pains, my hands are cold and numb, besides the left side of the face.

So I am not sure how I will go on for the coming months, but wanted to share this news of mine with public in the interest of a larger Public Goods.

Somehow everyone should have an ability to keep track of his or her Total Accumulative EMF Exposure Levels, like they do in the Nuclear Plants – as over life time, this becomes a high number. Even Madame Curie and her husband Pierre Curie, were unaware when she was trying to discover Polonium, and both she and her husband died of Cancer. You can substitute Radiation Intensity with Accumulative Time Factor over your life span, and then think of it.
